A small porcelain vessel for a winter's evening - carved with paintbrushes hanging from their hooks.
Porcelain, wheel thrown vessel that was dipped in blue slip (liquid clay) then freehand carved to reveal the clay beneath and fired in an electric kiln. Coated in a clear glossy glaze, and then fired again to 1250 degrees. Hand washing is recommended.
