mama bear & baby bear - bear girls #36 & #37

A special pair for the blue bear vending co – only appearing every now and then - two blue bear wood girls, snuggled in their kigurumi/ 着ぐるみ (animal costume/ onesie). The larger of the two has a Japanese 'plum' knot for a collar. All bear wood girls are numbered on the base - mama bear is #36 and baby bear is #37.
Each one is treated slightly differently in a naïve and simple style and retains the look of being handmade - they are not perfect, and this is a part of their charm. Please make sure you consult the pictures carefully and that you are happy with the design before purchasing. They have been finished in a top coat of matt acrylic. Stamped underneath with bear head in blue ink (baby bear), and the roaring bear logo (mama bear); each bear is also numbered.
Mama bear: approximately 16.5cm high, baby bear: approximately 10.5cm high.
